This picture is called “Eva/Two Faces of Life.” I painted it a few years ago during a tough time in my life, and it has multiple meanings. First, it was the start of my series “Echoes of Her”, where I compared women's characters with different animals. The second and main meaning of this picture is about people's choices. The snake represents problems and the negative side of our life, while the flowers represent beauty and positivity. It always depends on each individual which one they choose first, as our life is about choices every minute. So, what do you see in my painting first? The snake or the flowers?
